May Days

We are well into the new term now and the month of May signals the last full month for the students to make their work. It's business as usual with us in the Wood Workshop as we see a frenzy of activity before our eyes. It remains an absorbing and exciting place to be as students from many of our courses rub shoulders creatively.  Below are some images taken from the past few days.

This detailed structural model continues to grow.
Ready to sell ice creams this summer?
Almost completed this perspective project.
A detail of a sound proofing wall made from styrofoam triangles.
Lots of small objects being created in Small Works.
Some very nice moving parts to this MA ISD  project.

The Morso cutter being put to good use for these small little frames.
Heating and forming some acrylic tube.
A little mechanism taking shape.
A delicate softwood structure being glued and clamped.
