It's Show Build Time.

There is no let up for us in the Wood Workshop as now, with most of the work completed, the attention turns to the students putting together their shows. A sneak peak into some of the studios tells the story. Students are vigorously working to turn their vibrant cluttered studios into sublime gallery spaces. Meanwhile our workshop is often resembling a Canadian sawmill. Below are some images taken from the past few days.

These Fine Art studios are certainly requiring a little effort to get them ready but these early glimpses in suggest some interesting things are taking shape.

Just a small amount of timber requiring some cutting attention.
Getting there.
We got there!

Some of those planks were then transformed into table.

Cameron marking up for the iPad cut outs.
Some smaller planks this time but for these Interior design students its mass production time for them.

John's been getting stuck in helping with this fine art project currently being constructed outside.

192 of these acrylic board requiring 4 holes each. Good luck with that!
