London Design Festival 2012

Each September, London plays host to this exciting and inspiring design festival. Over ten packed days there are more than 300 events to keep the most ardent of art and design fans occupied. As always at this time, we in the Wood Workshop were able to visit several of the events. This has always proven to be of real benefit as, just before the new start of term, serves as a period of reflection and inspiration as we seek to discover new materials, process and ideas, that we can feedback into our working day and our interaction with students. Below is a selection of some of the events we attended and some images of the exhibitions and work.
