Our Wood Workshop is currently bustling with MA students representing Fine Art, Interior Design, Graphics and Textiles. Its a diverse and interesting bunch all working collectively under the one roof. Their time however draws nearer to an end with us and below are a selection of images taken from the past few days as they near completion.
Sam from MA ISD has worked extremely hard to build his chair. The results are looking very good.

Small Oak veneered MDF plinths gluing up
The side profile of Birch faced Ply makes for some great details. Here 18mm squares have been glued together before sanding, to form table legs.
This Styrofoam tunnel is being skinned on the inside with Birch skin ply to create a wooden look.
This very grand architectural model is nearing completion.
Weng tackles another circular plinth
When the Birch skin ply had dried on the inside, the whole piece was run through the band saw to the desire angles that were required.
