An afternoon at CSM

We from the Wood workshop were joined by Isobel, Chelsea's laser cutting Technician, on a trip to Central Saint Martins new site, at Kings Cross, London. This was a great opportunity to see the workshops there and see what their equipment and set up was like. You never know, we could always steal an idea or two!!

Final Work

To end the year and their first term at Chelsea, students from Graphics and ISD put on a show of their work. The Graphics show included images of the dingbats they had made with us in the Wood workshop and the ISD students constructed the models they have fabricated with us in their studio ready to commence filming in the new year. The results were great!

Here are a few images taken whilst students from ISD 1st year were down with us making their models for the filming project. Really interesting to see how the dynamic of the student groups has worked this term within the workshop and it would seem to have been a really positive one.
